First batch fermented in Oz. I started brewing here 5 years ago, then took the hobby on in Canada for the next 4. Bottled here is a Saison w/ brett (the yeast bay) and Nelson flowers dry hop from a fresh wort kit bought from Grain and grape. Not bad.
