That's a beautifully clear Pils mate. Any filtration or mash, cold crash only?

Thanks. I usually Gelatin in conjunction with a cold condition for about 3 days, then filter.

Might have to give the gelatin a shot one day!

1 micron absolute..... apparently...... There was some talk that the ebay ones aren't really absolute, so I guess I'll never know.
