This is my first brew in my new conical fermenter (Fullers London Pride Clone). Have only installed bottom tap I am hoping that I will be able to completely clear the yeast and then rack into my keg. I have been able to drain off the yeast so far without any problem but not quite ready for the keg.The water jacket has been partially successful, after 4 days it is now at 17deg from a pitch temp of 22deg with ambent dropping to 0deg over night and max of 15deg during the day. I think I will add some insulation for the next batch.
