Haha yep, getting a reasonable collection going now. It's all just the typical basic yeasts though and a lot of the earlier harvesting I did was from slurry and not rinsed that well.
Now I just 'theoretically' grow an extra 100 billion cells each starter I make and take a vial or two of the settled slurry from that which is quite clean. Getting well healthy fermentations since I started going this route.
