Part of the "mixed up cubes", this was meant to be a German Pils. Ended up fermenting with 1272, crash chilled, filtered and kegged within 2-weeks.
This is the first pour, and the first time I've used a filter… such clarity. And no chill haze either.
Decent beer too. Tastes almost like a lager.
