Double batch fermenter.. Aka Kettle

Is that open fermentation? Looks pretty cool

There is a glass lid on the keg. Hard to see in the photo. I took the handle off and tried to make a blow off tube, in case it got too carried away.
Was a spur of the moment thing to up size the brew. Then discovered there wasn't room for two 25lt fermenters in the ferment fridge. Seems to be working fine......so far?

I polished the top off a beer keg like yours too, it was hard work and I am not keen to do it again. Bravo sir!

Was a bit of work . But I'm sure the beer will taste heeps better now it's a bit blingier
