Nice work that's a sweet looking rig. Neat trick with the elbows on the camlock fittings. I'm setting up a 3v system atm and have notice during testing and cleaning the silicone hose is going to need careful attention to avoid kinking.
Thanks mate. Get the heavy duty stuff (19mm OD or larger). Like what Clever Brewing sell http://www.cleverbrewing.com.au/tube-silicon.html which is quite difficult to kink even if you try! I've tried the thin (ie. Keg King) stuff and it's terrible for kinking, way too thin. OK for fermenter blow off tubes and transfer to kegs. But not pumping hot wort.
