Missed this last month, but Sam Adams have invented a new glass. The claims are it aids in:

maintaining the ideal temperature; supporting a rich and creamy head; and sustaining the right amount of carbonation

Full story (well a couple more paragraphs anyway) here

Looks like a tasting tulip thats dropped its pants. :D I bet they won't give them away with 6 packs.

they should give you SOMETHING for free when you're paying $24.99 for a 6-pack of Sam Adams from Dan Murphy's.

Thats awesome, I want one (or two)... Now!

Had an opportunity to sample Sam Adams when I was in Boston a while back, had the Boston Lager, Honey Porter and Old Fezziwig Ale, pretty damn good beer I reckon (for seppos).

Cheers

Did they have the Boston Ale on tap? I used to love that stuff. And waddya mean good beer "for seppos"? They make some of the best beer on the planet! Mind you, they are still seppo's.
All the best

Looks f$^&ing ugly to me and I don't want etched areas making my beer go flat.

not another glass

those double walled things look hot as, to bad i can't afford them

The double walled glasses aren't that expensive $12.50 each, just don't drop them.

It says they are made out of lab grade glass, I assume they are saying Borosilicate glass, I was talking to some older gents at work oneday and they were saying how nice tea tastes when it is made in a borosilicate beaker,, might be something in this.

My next set of glasses?

Would you rather have double walled beer glasses instead ?
Not cheap though :p

Now that looks a lot better!

However I will probably stick with the glasses I either get with a six-pack or wake up the morning after and find in my pockets

They sure did, they had all of them on tap. I was in heaven. Boston pubs have their heads screwed on right, must be all the Irish influence!
Found it on tap in D.C as well, but then the source dried up in California, where then I switched to SNPA on tap!
Damn good trip
