Hello,Newish to brewing and looking to get a little bit more serious than a tin from the store and 1kg of sugar. thought I'd pop in and see what I can absorb from the information around this place.Located CanberraCurrently brewing a Black Rock pale ale (trying dry hopping) Previous brew - Ginger beer kit (went Baaad)Previous brew - Black Rock pale ale (standard kit went well)Success rate = 50%I also made a mead as my first brew, because I keep bees and have an abundance of honey at all times, so it made sense. That one is resting nicely and will be a cracker in a few more years.Nice to meet you all, and I look forward to asking noob questions.Cheers,iamacup
