Really interesting Mardoo, I have found other reads on this subject but I first came across it some time ago I believe it was in the 60's some UK brewers had success with this method but I thought they were injecting the o2 into the starter which I have since read would kill the yeast.You may be interested in this. http://www.beertools.com/html/articles.php?view=251
