Yeah my plan is to brew a pretty simple pale ale grist (90% ale malt, 5% cara, 5%wheat - or something), to about 1.050, bitter to 30ibu and chuch in half the chinook at 10min, half dry hop.... 25L batch.
no idea what to expect from this
if anyone has any comments feel free to speak them.
manticle: another reason you might not want to use them as bittering is that they are home grown, and the alpha% is unknown.
