Yeah my plan is to brew a pretty simple pale ale grist (90% ale malt, 5% cara, 5%wheat - or something), to about 1.050, bitter to 30ibu and chuch in half the chinook at 10min, half dry hop.... 25L batch.


no idea what to expect from this :p if anyone has any comments feel free to speak them.


manticle: another reason you might not want to use them as bittering is that they are home grown, and the alpha% is unknown.
