Very useful ,sponge.I have been using a red one ,like in the article ,for two years and it cost about $35 from the local HBS.It holds 63 bottles.I give my plastic Coopers 740 ml bottles a bleach solution soak the day before bottling,rinse them and leave them on the tree overnight.Next day carry the tree and bottles over to the fermenter table.Easy.
