A bit new, never thought to reuse the yeast. Is it only yeast you get this way or some of trub ? Or is trub the yeast and some other stuff?

I have the snubnose 35l and am on brew number 3 in it. Working well. It sits in the garage at 20-22 at the moment. However summer is coming and the garage will get warmer I am starting to look at cooling options. A dedicated fridge won’t happen for a while as I use the garage fridge for kegs...

Some good notes as I doing an asahi type clone next. But I can only work on ambient as I don’t have a fermenting fridge, does that make a difference? I will add a bit more yeast than I planned. And i was going to limit to 15psi. But will try the higher pressure. Cheers
