    Thanks Mark, yes, I've already done 2 from that site, Using Flaked Rice and 34/70 Yeast, Domo Arigato, a supposedly Asahi Clone, so now I'm making a Sapporo Ale / Lager. Found a recipe, but not a vast difference to the Asahi recipe. The Japanese recipes are all very similar, so I was searching...
