Found this recipe on another website and would be interested in your thoughts...they make no coment about boiling the honey or not and I was also wondering about whether this is going to be a really sweet finisher given all those fermentables on top of the kit....maybe that why the "bitter"...

Thanks guys, sounds like the old KISS principle is the go. They nearly had me with the fancy plastic gadget but I reckon I'll get my hands on a bench capper. A few of those twist tops are always going to find their way into the crate and I don't want to lose a bottle due to a minor coordination...
