Started a brew of coopers Irish stout with can of dark malt. Specific gravity at start was 050 and after 16 days it has been steady at 030( at least three days at this level)
Unless is see some movement from the shed of 030 is is okay to bottle?
Bought can of Black Rock Oatmeal Stout. Directions on back said use two cans or just one can and a 1 kg of dextrose etc and mix with 23 litres water etc
Is there any reason why I couldn’t just use one can with no additional ingredients and half the water. Ie an 11 litre one can brew in a small...
