I wonder is any one an assist me I've add potassium sorbate to my must prior to adding my yeast. This was a clear mistake. Does any one know how to start fermentation after this process has happened? It's been 36+ hours and fermentation has not taken place. Would a yeast bomb work if so what yeast?
