    Stuck Lid On Fermenter

    I used to get the fermenter in the corner of the kitchen, wedge my knees against it and used a hand towel to get the bugger off. Now (if I'm not using my brewcraft one) I just use this...cut it out with a jigsaw and only goes on when I need it...

    Over Carbonation

    Butters is always right. And explains things better than me (bugger) . Re-taste a bottle and see if the aftertaste reminds you of bandaids or medicine (please read my "Homebrew log" below). Mine also tasted like that. Thats what I meant by twangy. And it lingers in your mouth too...

    Bottle Conditioning Temperature Control

    I used Aluminium foil before I got a heating pad. You can bend or shape it how you like, even hang it like a curtain with tape. The heat tranfers well. My 2 cents. Cheers.
