yeh the gunn island's beer is nothing special, although i go there a lot as it is my local. anyone who's ever been there notice the serious echo problem? when it gets busy it sounds like squabling pigions in there.

We'll, i successfully turned the keg into a fermenter and it worked great. had to modify the fridge a little to get in in though. will post some pictures when i get a chance

unfortunatly the opening on my keg is too big for a bung, similar to the left picture above. ill try and make something though

when i lived in Hong Kong, 1 VB stubby was 12-14 aussie dollars. all the british yuppies drink it thinking its classy imported beer.

theres a place in south oakleigh and hiedelburg called australian home brewing or something. they sell long necks but expensive at a dollar each. i got some of ebay.
