    The morgans is different from the coopers said the lhbs , its got lime added to it .anyway its down now with 1kg dexrose anyway at 22deg.

    HI just about to put down Morgans cerveza (chairmans) . The LHBS said only use dextrose.. Im just questioning him to a certain degree as friedn made similar copy with additional malts and hops.. Should add hops... confused :icon_cheers:

    You would be better off filling the pool with wort the whole 25,000 litres and putting a tarp over the top with a made up tube for the air lock. Id hate the guess the sugar you would need.lol DARWIN AWARDS RING A BELL. please post on utube once youve done it.

    Coopers yeast has to cope with the hot adelaide temperatures... Yeah they go hard real quick , still make the best beer Always have ALWAYS WILL...... If dont like dry yeast , do yourself a favour and buy a couple of bottles and harvest your own.. you wont look back..

    HAD a quick look at the coopers brewer book . If you using the carbonation drops 1 for 375ml and 2 for 750ml. I presumed they were equivalent to sugar teaspoons.

    yeah it started at 1040 and finshed just on the line of 1010 + .5 % for priming. Lhbs said coopers yeast normally go flat out for a few days then stop. i had same constant reading for 4 days so I guess it wasnt go move .. time well tell

    Id like to hear how you Sparkling turns out . Ive just a Pale ale . with mixed feelings about time well tell. Lets keeps the coopers flowing. ex crow eater.. $49.00 a box for palies not happy jan.... I was tempted to bring 3 ctns back on as hand luggage on sun nite.
