Have my kegerator set to -4c, and it displays -4c pretty constantly, however the actual temp is nowhere near this cold. Anyone know where the probe is, and if its movable? Any other mods to keep it cooler? I'd put a temp controller on it, however every time the kegerator turns on it beeps...

Yeh I used beersmith. Filled with 55L, 12kgs g normal mash schedule starting at 58c ending at 78c in different steps over 90 mins (45 mins at 62c).. Pulled out malt pipe, topped back up to 55L. Boiled, and then topped up to 55L again at end of boil. The fine crush is all I can think could be...

yeh I've always used if for BIAB. I was doing double batches, brewing over gravity, so was using up to 11 kg of grain in there. Never had a problem with it snagging the temperature probe when lifting. The probe does protrude a bit into the pot, but the bag seems to just slide past it.
