    Can definitely turn it all the way off. The adjuster knob comes out a lot further after it hits 0psi, so there's no chance of engaging the regulator spring inside. Regarding leaking lines, I haven't heard any hissing, but I can do a test on them to see how good they are. Best way to check this...
