    Freezers Flight

    Thinking of mixing all of the open bags of hops that I have in the freezer. Giving them a good mix and making an ipa with 15g at 60, 40g at 15-20, 40g at 0 and dry hop with 90g to an estimated ibu of who the f@#k knows. Anyone tried this? How'd it turn out.

    What hops should I use?

    Today I'll be dry hopping my red IPA. I'm after some opinions on what to dry hop it with. So far I have used Columbus for bittering. Columbus, Simcoe and Chinook at 20 minutes. And Simcoe, chinook at 0 minutes to a total of 60 ibu. I'm not sure weather I want to dry hop with Columbus, Simcoe...
