Best way to add choc and coffee to stout

Had great results with a choc vanilla porter. Made a tincture with vanilla beans, cacao and vodka. Cacao nibs in the fermenter for stuck in the tap so probably would have been better in a bag. Added cold brew to some small bottles (10ml) - they tasted amazing.

    Chocolate Imperial Milk Stout

I used cacao nibs in the fermenter after soaking them in vodka for 24 hours and chucked the whole lot in. Great result! Might need to rack off into a bottling bucket though or keep them in a hop bag as it caused hell for me when I bottled.

    Sodium metabisulphate on stainless steel

So after the bicarb and soap mix which did a little, I purchased bar keepers friend. It's not perfect but so much better. Thanks for the input everyone.

    Sodium metabisulphate on stainless steel

I think from now on I won't be doing too much soaking. I've cleaned some of the surface stains with a mixture of bicarb and liquid soap. Seemed to work ok. Might try the pickling paste though I'm a bit worried about it. Or... Should I just try to ignore the stains and keep brewing? Tough call...

    Sodium metabisulphate on stainless steel

Yeah fair call. Pretty annoyed about it. Had lengthy conversations about it and it was only mentioned about bleach causing issues with SS.
