    Hi to All at Aussie Home Brewer, Im still very much a HB novice, but trying new recipes all the time (currently Irish Stout - should be ready to crack for winter!) Using basic Coopers extract kits, with some boiled/strained additives to improve flavour/mouth feel etc... Happy to hear...
