    What Went Wrong

    I just had the fermentor out in the laundy, there might have been a day or two when it hit the high 20's, im not sure i wasn't always able to check on it, but i was pretty sure it stayed around the 18-20 mark. When my pay check comes in ill go and get my self that thermostat, that should help...

    it's been a few months since i bottled my first batch of beer, and i was a little disappointed with it, so i thought maybe if i give it some time it will improve. So i decided to open a bottle tonight, and if anything it has only become worse (in my opinion anyway) It has a very fruity smell...

    I thought it would be a good idea to improve my brewing technique, so i purchased another fermenter from him (30litre for $24.50 all up), hopefully it should be in early next week and i can start bulk priming and hopefully produce better beer! -Robbo
