How many ml of liquid chlorine would you need to add to 1 liter of water for effective sanitising?

I ordered one the 15 kg growlers from National Home Brew a couple of weeks ago. Shipping was about $11 to the Sunshine Coast and that included anything else i ordered up to a total of 25kg. arrived in a couple of days. Sorry just saw you had a quote for shipping there already.
