I'll take you up on this - have been getting around to replacing my faucets. Have used a Perlick 650SS for a while (will be replacing the other two which are cheapies) and whilst it's good there are certainly areas for improvement.

G'day, ordered a liquid yeast vial late Wednesday night, so in a practical sense Thusday morning (perhaps kind of foolishly). As would be expected it didnt arrive yesterday, do you guys delay postage for stuff like thay or do I need to worry about it sitting somewhere over the weekend?

I get that the first 4 days are so are the most important with regards to maintaining a low temp, but theoretically how soon after that could one take it out and let it rise to ambient temperature with little to no difference in taste?
