    Sorted Thanks mate. I left the washer in but read the instructions and used the adjustment screw in the centre of the adaptor. Amazing what you can do when you read instructions haha

    I've bought a mini regulator and adaptor to attach to my soda stream bottle so I can dispense kegs. I can't figure out how to use it though. The wheel on the front seems like it's the adjuster knob but no matter what I do to it it doesn't put gas into the keg. Am I missing something bleedingly...

    Hey guys, new to the forums. Been brewing for around a year use BIAB (the joys of living in an apartment). I'm pretty keen to get involved with this I can put a rum barrel porter into the mix or a nut brown ale if there's already too many porters/stouts?

    Using beersmith, typed in half a kilo of lme at beginning and will only need to use 25g of the hallertau now thanks. So you would add the rest of wheat and the light lme at knockout to pasteurise?
