The rollers need to be "reversed" so that the shaft ends up on the other side of the mill. This was not a big issue for me as I haven't permanently mounted the mill yet. That said, if I turn my mill over, the guard appears to fit just as well as it did with the other side of the mill facing up...

I received mine this morning. Thanks Sully. The funny thing is that I had to pull the mill apart and install the rollers with the gears on the other side. I tried turning the mill over etc first, just in case but the cut-outs didnt fit the rollers unless I put the narrow side of the guard...
