Can anybody help me out here. This will be my 4th BIAB and have noticed the yeast date is a little on the wrong side of the spectrum. Do you think it will still work sufficiently or should I make a starter? Any help appreciated. Cheers, Ben.
Hi folks, my HBS does not stock Weyermann Pale Wheat so I am looking for a close alternative. Was thinking a Joe White Wheat Malt, do you think this would be OK? or is there something closer.
