Just wondering if I purchase a Berliner Weiss Fresh Wort Kit would I be able to ferment it with Philly Sour yeast to get a little bit more acidic kick to it. My thoughts would be that the Philly Sour yeast will not like the already acidic wort but I hope someone here can change my mind.
