Hey I have a 1kg of grain left over from my first biab attempt. I wanna try this technique to use it up. Just a quick question. Most the the tins call from sugar, do we skip this because we are getting all the sugars from the grain instead?

Ah yes mashing in an esky is a great idea, then just transfer into a pot for the boil, thanks for your advice guys

In a bit of a pickle now. Bought this grain thinking i was using a 19L pot, went my local Bigw and they were sold out. Largest pot I have now is 15L Is there any way I use all this grain in a 15L pot? Hsould of checked Bigw before going to my homebrewstore
