    Commercial beers that surprised you

I'm sitting at home enjoying a Blue Sky Pilsner for the first time right now and just loving it! Not bad at $40.99/box at Dan Murphys too. I can see myself drinking a lot more although the wife thinks I'm drinking it far too quickly. ;-p

    Next Brew

Thanks Pat86. I've made a mistake in my recipe it's supposed to be 250g of Midnight Wheat not 500g, and after reading a bit more your not supposed to use Saaz hops. A bit more tweaking to do I think!

    Next Brew

Hey All, Well I've just bottled my first ever home brew (Belgian Ale), and hope it works out (Probably the brewing temp was a bit to high). Anyway I have been thinking about what to do next and I am pretty keen on doing a Schwarzbier. It might be a bit beyond my ability but I generally try to...

Hi All, Yet another kiwi living on the Goldie ;-). I've just been put onto home brewing by a good mate who is producing some fantastic kit beers but I see from this forum there is so much more to it. I'm just about to bottle my first brew tomorrow (Mangrove Jacks Belgian Ale), hopefully it...
