    It says to ferment at 18-21 degrees so that's an ale yeast then ?

    Hi guys I was hopping someone could tell me if the yeast supplied with this muntons kit (http://wallingtons.com.au/content/muntons-australian-style-lager-15kg) is a lager yeast I was given a tin whos use by date is may 2015.
