I've only got one beer worth entering, but have applied to assist in whatever capacity they need me. Will see if I can get my beer in the comp in time.

I use some heavy duty buckets for the base grain, but have just been ziplock bagging the spec malt and putting it all in one bucket. For me this will be neater as I can keep the big base grain buckets under the bench and stack these neatly on top. Easy access I think is the benefit, plus...
