There's more stuff in beer to "hold" the carbonation in beer. Example is soda water where anything under 30psi isn't right for me, so I set my reg to somewhere between 35-40psi

I'd increase your pressure. Sparkling wine is up to 6 volumes of CO2 at 2 degrees this needs 45psi. 25psi is around 4 vol which is in your wheat beer range.

6th (8L) and 26th (4L) this morning. Best wait to pounce on the email notification I guess. @KegLand-com-au any plans to add a protective base to the 8L pet kegs like the 20L has got? 4L probably less needed.

Is the keg itself warm? You will need much higher pressures to get the CO2 dissolved into a warm keg. E.g. beers I serve at 10-12psi in a kegerator often go up to 30psi+ when serving from a warm keg through a jockey box just to maintain the carbonation level.

I'd be concerned about the maximum weight limit on the induction plate of 30kg, the 10 gal pot is ~7kg that leaves 23kg. If you can make something to take some weight on the overhang you might be ok.

I know the 4L ones recently got pushed back from end of December to end of Jan recently

Did you email Kegland or KegKing? The ones in this thread at KegKing. Kegland were working on bags that were to go inside corny kegs (with a new lid) but ran into burst issues on some scenarios and looks like it was put on the back burner.

Specs on the website have it as Operating pressure 1 bar / 15psi and Max pressure rated 2 bar / 30 PSI I think the previous posters issue might have been that they just don't come standard with the pressure kit?
