Hi All, I'm looking at brewing a half batch BIAB using this recipe. BeerSmith tells me that 40g of Spalt will give an IBU of 38, not the 50-odd of the full recipe. Would it affect the brew too much if I add in 10g of Cluster I have lying around to bring it up to the desired IBU? Cheers
