Just a question about the finish gravity at 1006 of my last Pale Ale brew and how dry it may be?
Also how can I control this, mash temps and or ingredients?
Only my second grain brew, go easy.
The brew was
3kg Ale malt
.5kg Wheat malt
.01 Crystal
.5 Dex
20grm Cascade @60
20grm...
