I have actually found my way here after brewing ubrewits Irish Dry Recipe. This beer is sensational & was looking for the actual recipe including cooking times so that I could have a go at it at home as a stove top brew. Is anybody aware of the recipe?

Sorry to be a THICKHEAD :blink: but do I leave the bottled beer out of the fridge after Ive cold crashed, bulk primed & racked, to season & carbonate, OR does it go back in the fridge :unsure: If theres a newest NEWbie...Thats me!
