    Hi guys. Just got a couple of cans of Coopers English Bitter on special ($10 @ big w). How does this sound for a recipe? 1 x Coopers English Bitter can, 1 x BE2, 1 x US04... simple as that.

    Cider Kit + Be1?

    I just bought a brigalow apple cider kit and was just wondering if it'd go ok with BE1? I could also add some brewing sugar if that would improve things a bit, I'd like the final alcohol to be around 5-6%

    2 Week Lager

    Hi Guys I have a Coopers lager and some brewing sugar from a kit. I'd like to make a nice pseudo premium-style lager. I'd like to keep the temp below 20, for about two weeks (I'm going away) and bottle when I come back. My question is, what's the best yeast to use (some kind of lager yeast)...

    Czech Pils Dead Yeast?

    Hi fellow swillers! I'm at day 5 with a Brewcraft Chech Pils to which I added 1 Kg of dextrose and the kit yeast. It's been at a constant 20 degrees since day 1, although there was evidence of fermentation earlier (3 cm froth), this has receded. There has been no air through the airlock at all...
