i bought a cheeky peak 71lt gas fired BIAB to do 50lt batches...the kettle only holds 65lts so im maxing it out to do 50 lt batches...get as big as you can afford, if i had my time again i would go 68 lt setup

ive been brewing extract since 91 only just drinkin my first all grain BIAB and lovin it. it was a recipe from cheeky peek brewery an american wheat beer...not bad for my first...got an american IPA in the fermenters at the mo...lovin all grain brewing...wished i'd done it years ago

diesel the 2kg of carhells was for flavour and color but maybe i should drop it down...from what ive read 20% was acceptable

cheers for the imput...the vessel is 71lts im making up a frame with pulleys to lift the wet grain out. according to brewfriend 60lt wort volume before boil will give me 51 lts after boil..but not exactly sure

just doin extract brews, unhopped malts, steep graind and3 hop additions..love my hops!!! but cant get a good balance of hop and malt doin extracts so im looking for a cheap all grain brewery. roach has one for sale i8n adelaide where i am...just crossin me fingers that its still for sale
