    No Krausen On Top

    My last brew, my 34th, a Cascade Draught with 500 gr Brew Sugar and yeast from can, brewed in fermenter with lid on, when I bottled it there was a lot of mould on the top so I chucked it. I'm always very careful with my sanitizing etc so I presumed that maybe the lid wasn't doing the job...

    Adding Malt

    Probably a silly question but, if I add LME or LDM to my brew do I still need to add other sugars? I want to make a brew without the bitterness. Will the malt make it sweeter? Some help with brewing a beer without the bitter taste would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Why Is My Brew Bubbling To Top Of Fermenter?

    Hi, This is my 4th brew and other times I haven't had this happen. It starting bubbling about 14 hours ago and in the last hour or so its bubbled almost to the top of the fermenter and even up into the airlock so I've had to add more water to the airlock. I'm using Coopers Draught and sugar...
