    Thanks MAH Thats an interesting approach, doing the 3 gal boil because thats how I have been doing my partials. Must admit though my boiler screams at the thought of doing the 3 gal though. can be done but takes bloody long time. Do actually precool about 15 lts before topping up the fermenter...
