Firstly you need to plan your brew length. If you're planning on 23ltr in you Fv then before the boil you may need 27ltr of wort, due to losses to evaporation and hops etc and have room in it for a nice rolling boil. I have made my brew house so that I can do 5 gal and 10 gal lengths. Next is...
