Yeah i am definetely gonna use the yeast cake. I think the og will be about 1060 so i will need a fair bit yeah? i lokked at the mr malty page but i havnt seen the slurry as it is still under the beer. cheers Silas

Hi i did that same brew except added 500gm of ldme instead of the dex on top of BE#1 but accidently added to 25 lts will try one next week after 3 weeks in bottle thinkin it might just be a bit thin. I will take more notice next time
