    Coopers Pale Ale With Cherry

    I did a brew with coopers lager tin, 1.5kg dry wheat malt, 15g hallertau at 10min and S04 yeast. racked onto 1 kg of cherries (not sure what type, got them from inlaws frozen, heated them in water in a pot from cold to near boiling). turned out magic! I reckon yours will be nice ith stronger...

    Interesting. I am wanting to get into steeping grains (have done 4 fairly basic kits so far). Do I still need to add a kilo of sugars/fermentables? maybe 500g DDM, 500g LDM? Cheers

    I'm planning on doing a Coopers stout tin and I want to get some stron chocolate and coffee flavours into it. Whats the best way to go about it? Should I just use some actual chocolate and coffee beans, or can i steep some grains to better effect?

    Cheers dudes! Will leave this one another week. Have used PET for first batch, will stick with the plastic i think. SG readings are over 48 hrs (read, wait 24, read, wait 24, read =48hrs). I made up the brew to 23L but god knows how accurate the markings on the fermenter are. Its a brewcraft...
