    Dry hopping a lager kit

    Did you rack to a secondary fermenter before dry hopping? This would help clear a lager and keep it more to style. I've used that kit before, a while ago. From memory it was pretty good. I think it has more floral/flower aromas which is very different to the Centennial's strong citrus flavour...

    Old Grain?

    Hey Tim, I once used 6 month old grain and it was fine. The comment above sounds like a reasonable test. Depends mostly on storage.
