If you no chill wouldn't the IBU be higher? as already mentioned galaxy can be pretty harsh I'm still new to all grain and no chill so still trying to work things out.

Hi Brewers I found a recipe for this all grain on Brewfather that I think came from this forum a few years ago as I no chill I was wondering how I would do these hop additions? I was thinking the 20 minute Cascade shifting to flame out for 20 minutes then the Cascade Aroma putting in the cube...
