    For the record more than anything. Well, three weeks in and we're still going. The carboy is still slowly bubbling, one bubble every 20-30 seconds or so. A lot more suspended particles are now sitting at the bottom and the brew is much clearer. Relative Density progression: 22/2: 1.112 6/3...

    G'day from Adelaide

    Hi all, The better half bought me a home brew kit last year, it got me 23L of Morgan's Ginger Beer. Wasn't a massive fan of the taste, and it was a lot to throw down the drain so I've bought myself a 5L fermenter and I'm about to go down the small batch path. Wish me luck. Nate
